MULTIFUNCTION WASHING MACHINES

HYDROSONIC Model

With this machine it is possible to wash with ultrasounds, rinse with clean recycled water and perform the final drying of the parts in a single treatment bath. Thanks to a special pneumatic system, pumps for moving the treatment solutions will not be necessary. It is a valid help for cleaning the parts with an automatic cycle: the purchase price is cheap and the cost of management is very low.

IDROCLEANING model

Modular machine with a complete cycle: washing with spray and ultrasounds, rinsing with mains water, possibility of second rinse with treated water, drying with recycling of hot air. Suitable for any type of production with products put in baskets or part holder frames.

LIFT model

Washing machines with raising and lowering system with dropping in aqueous solution and blowing of the parts. Completely shrouded and insulated with automatic washing cycle. The Lift series elevator may be combined with solvent degreasers or with washing machines which use water and detergent with spraying or ultrasounds.

Models WITH ROTATING BASKET

Our hydrosonic and Idrocleaning systems can be fitted with a rotating basket so that parts with blind holes or which need barrel finishing can be treated. Rotation is performed by means of a drive unit with automatic positioning sensor of the basket.

STAMPINET model

Mould cleaning machine with a complete cycle: washing with spray and ultrasounds located on both sides, rinsing with mains water, possibility of second rinse with demineralised water, final drying. The machine may also be fitted with a manual or automatic pulley to make moving the heavy parts easier.
