HOMOS model

Our most sophisticated systems for degreasing with solvent. They guarantee a perfect cleaning and drying of the parts thanks to the treatments performed in a vacuum. They are ideal for small, medium sized and large work loads on parts with blind holes or complex geometries. Thanks to the special system of abatement and deodorization “supercold at -20°C” they satisfy the most stringent standards in the environmental field for any solvent used: perchloroethylene, methylene chloride, N-propyl bromide, HCGC, HFE, PFC, chlorinated solvents or petroleum based solvents A3. Key features: - Excellent degreasing properties – low energy consumption – Safety of the operator and of the environment – Continual regeneration of the solvent – Simple use with automatic cycles – Customised versions with rotating or tilting baskets, oiling, ultrasounds, spraying, automatic loading/unloading, gasphotometer for controlling exhalations.
